Grant is a professional actor, writer and producer with over 30 years experience in theatre, film and television.

Trained at NIDA, he is best known as Dr Simon Bowen in, A Country Practice, winning three Logie awards for the role he played for three years of its eleven year run.

For the past 15 years, Grant has combined his experience in theatre and film, researching, writing and dramatising workplace scenarios, targeting cultural and behavioural change within Australia’s top corporations and government departments.

With colleague Raj Sidhu, he has developed the Realplay process, a unique combination of professional actors and experienced facilitators using specific purpose scripts to help change work practices, resolve conflict, establish clear communication skills, and promote productive workplace relationships.

Raj studied Drama, English Literature, Psychology and Sociology at Flinders University in Adelaide and is a NIDA graduate.

He has established a successful career as an actor, teacher and consultant in the corporate world training executives and staff in presentation skills, communication training, media coaching, conflict resolution, leadership development, sales development, as well as strategic thinking and planning.

He is a certified trainer in Human Synergistic LSI tools, providing individual executive coaching to DISC, Myers – Briggs and Decision Dynamics for the past seven years.

Raj also writes, produces and directs high-end multi-media videos for corporate and government websites.

Peter Hiscock is one of Australia’s foremost film and television producers. He has worked with the ABC on some of the country’s most respected news and current affairs programs.

In 1988, he joined Channel Nine’s SUNDAY program producing award winning, documentary-length current affairs reports and in 2000, he was appointed executive producer of the ABC’s highly regarded Foreign Correspondent program.

In 2007 he co-created Grubstreet Media, producing high quality documentaries, corporate videos and TV commercials including the inaugural Asia Pacific Screen Awards screened on CNN International to over a billion viewers across the Asia Pacific Region.

With colleagues, Grant Dodwell and Raj Sidhu, he co-founded Australian National Theatre Live, producing live theatre on film for distribution to regional, rural and remote Australia.

With a finance career spanning 25 years, Michele developed a niche interest for Production Accounting. Following a decade working with a prominent media and publishing house, Michele has worked with the RealPlayMedia Group since 2011 and has been part of the ANT Live team since its inception in 2014.

As a Group Finance Controller, Michele is able to fuse her lifelong passion for Film and Television with a detailed approach to the complex world of finance and film distribution.
